A visit to the Museum of Mining and Gothic Art is particularly suitable for school classes or kindergarten groups of all ages, as the museum has a variety of treasures to offer. The design of an individual programme, e.g. a scavenger hunt through the museum or a guided tour suitable for children, is possible on request.

Zum Aktionstag
Der Aktionstag Schule schaut Museum ist eine Initiative des Universalmuseums Joanneum, bei der Museen in ganz Österreich Kunst, Kultur und Natur erlebbar machen und die bereichernde Zusammenarbeit zwischen Schule und Museum fördern. Zum ersten Mal ist das Bergbau- und Gotikmuseum Leogang Teil dieser Aktion. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler können sich auf ein spannendes Programm freuen!
Unser Programm
Das Museumsteam bietet im Zuge der Aktion ein Spezialprogramm für Schülerinnen und Schüler aus allen Altersstufen und für alle Schultypen an. Konkret wird der Bauernkrieg 1525/26 behandelt. Genaue Information zum Programm befinden sich im angehängten PDF.
Das Angebot wird individuell an das Alter und die Interessen der jeweiligen Gruppe angepasst. Die genaue Dauer bzw. der zeitliche Rahmen kann ebenfalls individuell gestaltet werden.

Current children's events
The children's events offer a playful way for children to learn more about the museum's valuable collections and precious exhibits. In addition to child-friendly guided tours, the "Creative Club," where children can try their hand at crafting with various materials, is a key focus.
